This page explains how to request deletion of your ezlate account and the data associated with it. ezlate is a free voice chat app with instant AI translation, operated at ezlate.com and available on Google Play.
To request deletion of your ezlate account and associated data, send an email from the Google account you use to sign in to ezlate:

Subject: Delete my ezlate account
Please include the following in your email so we can verify your request:
We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Upon a verified deletion request, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
Voice recordings are never stored by ezlate. Voice data is processed in real time for translation and discarded immediately after processing — so there is no voice data to delete at the time of your request.
For security, abuse prevention, and to comply with our legal obligations, we may retain a minimal set of information for a limited time after account deletion:
No personally identifiable information is retained beyond the 90-day log window.
ezlate does not currently offer a way to delete specific data while keeping your account active. If you want any of the data listed above removed, you will need to request full account deletion as described above. You can always create a new ezlate account afterward using the same Google account.
